Kajabi Landing Page Templates: Save 90% of Your Time

leverage your kajabi Oct 07, 2025

I walk you through how I use Kajabi landing page templates to reduce build time and streamline my workflow. I focus on practical steps that help me create, export, upload, and duplicate pages without starting from scratch each time.

I also share how I access an extended Kajabi trial through my link and the additional programs I provide to support your setup. My goal is to help you build faster, reuse what works, and structure your pages with efficiency in mind.

Key Takeaways

  • I use built-in templates to create landing pages quickly and reuse them across projects.
  • I export and upload template files to move complete designs between accounts.
  • I duplicate finished pages to save time and improve consistency while accessing added bonuses through my link.

Overview of Kajabi Landing Page Templates

I use Kajabi landing page templates to reduce build time and streamline my workflow. Instead of starting from scratch every time, I build once, then duplicate and adjust as needed.

Inside the Website → Landing Pages area, I can start from scratch, use the setup wizard, browse templates, or upload my own templates.

Key Benefits

  • Save up to 90% of build time by creating a template once and duplicating it for future pages.
  • Export templates as a ZIP file and share them across accounts or with clients.
  • Upload templates into another Kajabi account without rebuilding the page.
  • Sell or share templates through the experts marketplace.
  • Duplicate completed pages instead of downloading a new template each time.

When I export a template, Kajabi sends me a link by email. I download the file as a ZIP and upload it into another account without unzipping it, which keeps the full theme intact.

If I finish a sales page and want another one for a different offer, I click Duplicate. Then I edit the title, URL slug, and page content without rebuilding the structure.

Types of Templates Available

Kajabi provides a range of free templates that I can browse directly inside the platform:

  • Sales page templates
  • Cart sales templates
  • Opt-in pages
  • Podcast link-in-bio pages
  • Thank you pages
  • Coming soon pages
  • Policy and legal pages
  • Legacy Premier Pro builder templates

I can also access paid templates through the Templates Marketplace.

If I am new to Kajabi, I start with a free template, customize it, and turn it into a reusable asset for future landing pages.

Getting Started With Templates

I work inside a brand new Kajabi site to show you exactly how to use landing page templates efficiently. I focus on saving time by building once and duplicating instead of starting over.

Accessing Landing Pages

To get started, I click Website and then Landing Pages.

From there, I see several options:

  • Browse Templates
  • Upload Templates
  • Setup Wizard
  • Start From Scratch

If I want to explore available designs, I click Browse Templates. Kajabi provides categories such as:

  • Sales pages
  • Cart sales pages
  • Podcast link in bio
  • Thank you pages
  • Opt-in pages
  • Coming soon pages
  • Policy pages
  • Legacy Premier Pro builder templates

If I want to view paid options, I click the small pop-out to access the Templates Marketplace. When I’m new, I recommend starting with a free template.

To use one, I select a template, click Get Started, name it, and click Create. Kajabi then adds the template to my account.

If I want to move a template between accounts, I:

  1. Click Export
  2. Open the email with the template link
  3. Download the file as a .zip
  4. Go to another account
  5. Click the three dots → Upload Template
  6. Upload the zipped file (without extracting it)

Kajabi imports the full template into the new account.

Once I finish building a page, I avoid repeating the process. I click Duplicate instead. This copies the entire page structure, and I only update the title and URL slug. This approach saves up to 90% of my effort.

Using the Setup Wizard

Kajabi includes a Setup Wizard that helps me create a free opt-in in three steps.

If I have not created an opt-in page yet, I use this option to quickly collect emails. It guides me through the essential setup without building everything manually.

I access it directly from the Landing Pages area.

Starting From Scratch

If I want full control, I choose Start From Scratch.

This option gives me a blank canvas. I use it to understand how landing pages work and to practice building layouts manually.

It works well as a learning exercise, especially when I want to explore the builder in detail.

How to Browse and Select Templates

I go to Website → Landing Pages inside Kajabi. From there, I either start from scratch, upload a template, or click Browse Templates to view what Kajabi provides.

If it’s my first time, I focus on browsing templates rather than uploading, since I may not have any saved yet.

Free Templates

I click Browse Templates to open Kajabi’s built-in library. Kajabi includes a range of free options that I can filter and explore.

Available categories include:

  • Sales pages
  • Cart sales pages
  • Podcast link in bio
  • Thank you pages
  • Opt-in pages
  • Coming soon pages
  • Policies and small print
  • Legacy Premier Pro builder pages

I can click All to view everything, or choose a specific category like sales pages. When I find one I like, such as Streamline Sales, I select it and click Get Started, then Create to add it to my site.

Paid and Custom Templates

If I want to explore paid options, I click the small pop-out link that takes me to the Templates Marketplace.

I can also access Custom Templates from the “More” dropdown. If I’m new to Kajabi, I recommend starting with a free template first before moving into paid or custom designs.

Template Marketplace

From the marketplace, I can view templates created for broader use, including ones designed for selling.

After I create or customize a landing page template, I can export it. Kajabi emails me a link to download the template as a zip file, which I keep intact.

To upload it into another account, I click the three dots → Upload Template, select the zip file, and upload it without extracting it.

Once I have a template I’m happy with, I use the Duplicate function instead of downloading a new one each time. I duplicate the finished landing page, edit the title and URL slug, and update the content. This approach saves me significant time when building additional pages.

Exporting and Uploading Templates

Export Process

Once I create a landing page from a template, I can export it directly from the page settings. Kajabi sends me an email with a link to download the template.

I download the file as a ZIP. I keep it in that format because the ZIP file contains the full template theme.

If I built a sales page for myself or a client, I can export and share the entire template. I can also upload it into another account or list it in the experts marketplace.

Uploading Templates to New Accounts

To upload a template into another Kajabi account, I go to Landing Pages, click the three dots, and select Upload Template.

I choose the most recent ZIP file and upload it as-is.
I do not extract the ZIP file, because that would break the template structure.

After uploading, the full landing page template appears inside the new account. I can open it and start editing immediately.

Maintaining Template Integrity

I always keep the exported file as a ZIP to preserve the full theme and layout. Breaking the file apart can prevent it from uploading correctly.

When I finish building a strong sales page, I avoid downloading a new template every time. Instead, I use the Duplicate function.

Duplicating the landing page carries over the entire structure. I only update the title, URL slug, and content details, which saves significant build time.

Duplicating Templates for Efficiency

Once I build a landing page template and feel happy with it, I stop starting from scratch. I use the duplicate function instead of downloading a new template every time.

Duplicating carries the entire structure into a brand-new landing page. I only adjust the specific details for the new product or service.

Benefits of Duplication

I save up to 90% of my time by duplicating instead of rebuilding.

  • I keep the full layout and design intact.
  • I avoid repeating the same setup process.
  • I maintain consistency across multiple sales pages.

When I already have a finished sales page, duplicating gives me a ready-made foundation for the next one. I move straight to refining content rather than rebuilding sections.

Editing Duplicated Pages

After I duplicate the landing page, I go into the settings and update the details.

I change:

  • Title
  • URL slug
  • Any product-specific content

That duplicated page becomes a starter framework for the next offer. From there, I build everything out without touching the original template.

Conclusion

I use templates to remove repeated work and keep my landing pages consistent. When I build one strong sales page, I export it, upload it, or duplicate it instead of starting again.

You can follow the same simple workflow:

  • Choose a free template inside Kajabi
  • Customize it once
  • Export it as a ZIP file if needed
  • Upload it to another account
  • Use Duplicate for new pages

Duplicating a finished page saves me up to 90% of my effort compared to rebuilding from scratch.
